Boardwalk Retirement Community is located in the South tower; floors 5 - 9 . This facility offers Assisted Living suites, that include meals and light housekeeping services for seniors.
Lease prices begin at $1,249.00 and up.

Rent includes heat and water. Electricity is convieniently supplied and setup through a Boardwalk account in your name. Underground parking available at an additional cost. Feature both family and adult only floors.
Cats permitted with $250 non-refundable fee (per pet) pending approval of pet application.

Parking is available for $40 per month for a single stall, $70 per month for a double stall.
